What Roswell and Alpharetta do to a window
North Fulton was farm and pasture thirty years ago, and in Johns Creek, Alpharetta and Milton it turned into some of the largest homes in Georgia. Country Club of the South and St Ives in Johns Creek, Windward on Lake Windward in Alpharetta and White Columns in Milton were all built around fairways and ponds, with the old tree lines left standing as buffers. Those pines and oaks drop the yellow pollen onto every house in late March and April, and the open ground between them lets the wind carry it farther than it does in town. Along the Chattahoochee in Horseshoe Bend and the Roswell river neighborhoods, the morning fog off the water pulls the pollen down onto the glass and keeps the north sides damp.
Irrigation is the constant up here. Nearly every lot in Windward, Medlock Bridge, Country Club of the South and the Crabapple estates has a sprinkler system, many of the larger Milton properties off Birmingham Highway and Hopewell Road run them on wells, and the fairways at Country Club of the South, St Ives and the Golf Club of Georgia are watered most mornings from spring through September. The overspray leaves hard mineral spots along the lower panes that build month over month. Construction has not stopped either, with new sections going in around Avalon, downtown Alpharetta and the Milton side of Crabapple, and the red clay dust settles on glass a long way downwind. In November the oaks around Canton Street and Historic Roswell fill the gutters in three weeks.
A quarterly plan suits most Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton and Johns Creek homes, with the inside glass done once a year, and most customers add a spring visit right after the pollen. Fairway homes at Country Club of the South, St Ives and Windward and the well-water properties in Milton often go to every two months through the summer to keep the spots from setting. These houses run to two-story foyers, great-room glass over the course and third-floor dormers, and we clean them with water-fed poles and ladders where needed. We know the gate procedures at Country Club of the South, St Ives and White Columns, work the whole street in one pass, and send a text the morning of each visit.

Roswell and Alpharetta window cleaning questions
How much does window cleaning cost in Roswell and Alpharetta?
First-clean pricing varies by home size and service package. A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Lakefront and estate homes get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Roswell and Alpharetta?
Quarterly keeps the pollen, clay dust and sprinkler spots under control for most homes in Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton and Johns Creek, with the spring visit timed for right after the April pollen. Fairway homes at Country Club of the South, St Ives and Windward and homes on well-water irrigation in Milton often go to every two months from May through September. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work inside Country Club of the South, St Ives and White Columns?
Yes. We are set up for the gate procedures at all three and work each community on a regular day. Add us to your gate list or give us the procedure when you book, and we send a text the morning of each visit so you know when we are coming and the gate has our name.
Can you remove well-water spots from the glass on a Milton property?
In most cases, yes. Well water in north Fulton carries a lot of mineral, and sprinklers that hit the same lower panes every morning leave spots that a regular clean will not take off. Point them out on the quote form and we will assess them on the first visit and tell you what a dedicated treatment will remove and how to adjust the heads so they stop.
